Balsam Mountain Inn, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is one of the South's grand old inns. Built at the turn of the century, this lovingly restored romantic inn features a casual elegance that’s lured travelers to the North Carolina Mountains for decades.
Visitors find 50 comfortable, spacious guestrooms and suites, each with its own unique décor. Peace and quiet is guaranteed as rooms come without phones or televisions. The inn's amenities include: Seven Springs restaurant, a 2,000-volume library, two meeting rooms, card/puzzle room, sitting parlor, hiking trails, and gift shop.
